Starion agents are there for you when you need to file a claim. Your business is important to us, and we’re here to help.

What information will I need?

In general, you'll need some basic information for your insurer so they can get the claim process initiated in their system:

  • The property that was damaged, e.g. your house, car or boat or a description of the personal article
  • A description of the damage/loss you're reporting
  • The date and time the incident took place

As the process continues, you'll need to provide as many details as possible. Continue to our Insurance Resource Center for more examples of claim types and which details you'll need for each. If you have any questions along the way, your Starion Insurance agent is ready to help.

Claims during regular business hours

From 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, call us at our local Starion offices or call your agent directly.

If you have a serious claim after business hours or on weekends, contact your insurance company directly at their emergency contact numbers. Contact your agent as soon as possible to let them know of the claim and so they can provide assistance.
