Accidents and illness can strike anyone at any time. Nearly 40% of people receiving long-term care are between 18 and 64. With coverage available through Starion, you can protect yourself from the devastating financial effects of paying for long-term care or assisted living costs.
Approximately 43% of people age 40 will have a long-term disability occur by the time they’re 65. Disability coverage helps replace income for both long-term and short-term disabilities. Starion agents have the experience to develop a disability coverage plan to help keep you from financial worries in case of disability.
Medicare supplements, also known as Medigap insurance, can help pay some health care costs original Medicare doesn't cover, such as copayments, coinsurance and deductibles. Starion offers supplements A, C, D, F and K.
We offer many different life insurance coverage strategies to fit your unique needs.
Term insurance is life insurance at its most simple. It pays only if death occurs during the term of the policy, which can be from one to 30 years. Generally, people purchase term insurance to ensure coverage during a specific time of life. For example, parents of young children may purchase coverage to ensure their families are financially secure in case of death.
Whole life insurance pays a death benefit whenever you pass away and, depending on the type of coverage, might even be used to provide retirement income. Premiums may be higher than term, but this helps offset costs of the unlimited term of coverage.
Universal life insurance allows premium payments above the cost of insurance to be credited to the cash value of the policy. The cash value is credited each month with interest.
Annuities are purchased in exchange for payments distributed at specific points of an annuity contract. Many annuities have an indefinite payout schedule; the longer you live, the more you receive. Many people purchase annuities at retirement to ensure a consistent income stream, while younger people may purchase an annuity that grows tax-free and defers payments.
Our Starion Insurance specialists are available to put together a coverage package that meets all your needs, giving guidance for building your personal coverage plan.
