Jason Weber named among nation’s top mortgage originators

Jason Weber, mortgage banking officer at Starion Financial in Middleton, has been named among the top mortgage originators in the country according to two major trade publications.

Weber ranked 76th in the country for loans closed and 120th for dollar volume according to Scotsman Guide. Mortgage Executive Magazine also listed him 97th overall.

Last year, Weber closed 258 home loans for $68.5 million in volume. This spring, he was named the top producing mortgage banker at Starion Financial for the third year in a row.

He joined Starion Financial as a mortgage banking officer in 2008. He helps customers identify suitable mortgages to meet their needs, guides them through the qualifying process, and provides customer service. He can help customers finance new home purchases, refinances, new construction, lot loans, investment property, or vacation homes to fit their budgets.

He has more than 14 years of mortgage lending experience in the Madison market. He studied business finance at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Weber is involved with the McFarland Lions Club.
