Starion Financial promotes training coordinators
Starion Financial has promoted Ronelle Mehlhoff to vice president and training officer and Courtney Schweyen to retail training coordinator. Both will be based at the downtown Bismarck bank.
Mehlhoff coordinates training and professional development efforts for staff and supervisors at all 13 Starion Financial locations in North Dakota and Wisconsin. She helps evaluate current business practices and develops coaching strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
She joined Starion Financial in spring 2010 and has 31 years experience in banking and finance, including 17 years in training and consulting. Mehlhoff has completed American Institute of Banking coursework and holds several certifications as facilitator, consultant and coach. She is a graduate of Development Dimensions International leadership training through Bismarck State College.
Mehlhoff is originally from Minot, N.D.
Schweyen will help recruit and train tellers, customer service representatives and personal bankers at all 13 Starion locations.
She joined Starion Financial in 2008 as a customer service representative and lead teller and has six years of banking experience.
Schweyen attended Bismarck State College and participated in the Situational Leadership program.
