Starion Financial names Feil Bismarck-Mandan market president
Jay Feil has been named Bismarck-Mandan market president for Starion Financial. Feil has been the market president of the Mandan branch for more than 22 years and will now oversee both markets. He has been with Starion since the bank opened its Mandan branch 25 years ago, and has 36 years of industry experience.
As market president, Feil is responsible for the management of all branch locations including staff, financial and sales performance. He serves on a number of Starion committees including executive, market presidents, asset/liability and special assets.
Feil has been active in a variety of state and local organizations. He was past-chairman of the North Dakota Bankers Association, the Fort Abraham Lincoln Foundation, Mandan’s Tomorrow Economic Development Committee, Mandan Renaissance Zone, Bismarck-Mandan Development Association and Mandan Growth Fund. He is past co-chair of the Missouri Slope Areawide United Way.
